  2. I'm pretty sure it was not intended to go that far, Fr. Benedict. I think the meaning behind this particular sentence is that the Divine Liturgy, the Scriptures, the Eucharist everything is made re-presented by the Holy Spirit as if it were given to us just now and that these are not just historical or rituals done just because that's the way it's always been done.
